There are currently 3 CGRP antagonists (another on the way). Aimovig binds the CGRP receptor, while Ajovy and Emgality bind the CGRP protein. My suspicion is that some patients may do better with the CGRP receptor binder, while others may do better with the CGRP protein binder. I’m sure this will likely be looked at in the future, but right now there is just not enough data. So, have you done better with one of the CGRP antagonists as compared to another?
